This page outlines wholesale options for both our Amara Mushrooms dried product range and the Umami Hiratake™ mushroom salt seasonings, which we produce under license using our own farm-grown mushrooms.

Amara Mushrooms: Dried Products & Powders

We offer small-batch quantities of the following at wholesale pricing to Australian retailers:

Whole dried Hiratake mushrooms

  • 35g in a resealable clear plastic hang bag with desiccant.

Finely milled Hiratake mushroom powder

  • 50g & 95g in stand-up mylar pouches with a clear front and oxygen absorber.

These products are grown, harvested, and processed on our farm in Denmark, Western Australia, using environmentally responsible methods and a licensed food safety system.

Due to the labour-intensive nature of production, these items are not currently available through distributors. However, if you operate a retail outlet in Australia and would like to stock small quantities, we’d love to hear from you.

Umami Hiratake™ Mushroom Salt Seasoning

Amara Mushrooms manufactures and markets Umami Hiratake™ under license, using our own Western Australian-grown Hiratake mushrooms. This premium seasoning blends finely milled mushroom powder with mineral-rich Himalayan pink salt and certified organic spices — delivering bold, savoury flavour in every pinch.
